Im so thrilled i finally got into finishing another my crazy “shiny holographic”pokemons :D
i really love working with this fabrics, and specially love giving some dynamic poses to my work :)
this time i custom made a stand for lugia, its quite a cool improvement science the foam one i made for Magikarp XD
it really makes him look like a sculpture! maybe he would fall better under the “soft sculpture” category :o

Its quite difficult to capture the shiny/holografic detail with the camera T_T
i attempted to make a video, but still not much help :P

Lugia stands 14” tall from the base of his tail to the end of his wings stretched up.
He is made out of hollografic fabric and stuffed with polyester fiver, the wings have some soft wiring to help keep them up.
The base is made out of wood while the sea waves are made out of apoxic-like clay and painted with acrylics.
Lugia can be detached from the base.
