It was initially safe on Derpibooru but then some user (not from staff) changed it to suggestive 2 days after it was uploaded there 2 years ago: "[https://derpibooru.org/images/1887777/tag_changes":](https://derpibooru.org/images/1887777/tag_changes)
 
And that user doesn't really look like some tagging expert...
