Maybe a "[sphinx":](/tags/sphinx)? That's a pony with paws in MLP (also wings but not always, and "cat pony" which would be probably this but without wings is aliased to "sphinx" anyway as I can see).

EDIT: Although eevee is not really feline and sphinx implies feline. Maybe there should be a new tag like "eevee pony", just like there are tags like [raccoon pony](https://furbooru.org/tags/raccoon+pony) (which don't imply raccoon).
