what happened next was harley twisting the mech around and yanking the rusalka over the top and slamming her into the ground, the mech self righting and turning towards her again

another swift movement saw the rusalka kicked in the head while she was down, though harley wouldnt be testing her luck

with an enraged scream the beast got up again, claws lashing at the mech and goring the fuel hose of the flamethrower.

in response the tank was jettisoned off of her back, and the flamethrower dropped

a punch came to her chest now

now the blade on her back was brought out, a hard swipe coming across towards her torso

she takes the blade in one hand no doubt seeking to wrestle it free and bury it in Harley’s stomach.

she allows this, the blade in a vice grip, and while she was focused on the blade harleys left hand struck, a powerful strike to the rusalkas head

Name: John Arvell  
Species: Werewolf, but appears nearly Human with some wolf-like features.  
age: 46
 
specialty: Able to transform at will into a predator of far superior strength, speed, and senses than the average werewolf. It was by means of freakish experiments done to him by a rogue group of malicious scientists that enhanced his abilities. His claws able to cut through most metals that aren’t titanium or adamantine and is able to keep up with and far surpass the speed of jaguars. His heightened senses allow him to track prey from miles away and locate with great precision.
 
conditions that need to be watched for: He secludes himself mostly unless called upon. He can control the beast inside mostly but only when the moon is not full or a blood-moon. During the day he is safe to be around but in the event of a full moon, his Werewolf form seems to Evolve and grow. His previously mentioned senses vastly improve, allowing him to react faster than before and track and find prey in half the time it would normally take. He is still working on controlling this form as it has a tendency to go rampant and if left unchecked, could lead to the second evolution. The Blood-Moon Evolution. This second form is far more dangerous. John secludes, sedates, and chains himself up to keep this evolution from getting out as if it were to get out, it would go on a vicious bloodthirsty killing spree. This evolution enhances not just his senses but his strength and speed further making him the perfect predator. The cost is his literal sanity. He loses his mind and with the only thing keeping him in check, he goes on a full, blood filled rampage with everything in the vicinity being his prey.
 
other notes: He was born a natural Werewolf but didn’t see eye to eye with his pack thus causing him to leave and live a life of solitude. The Helsing group found him and help him control the beast and in return, John continues to stay out of largely populated areas and ONLY when called upon by Helsing, does he make his way into town to lend his Werewolf abilities to them.

(well, not so much a concern as a reassurance, matt helsing himself is a lycan too, but i thank you for thevisual aid on why they would lock themselves up tightly during a blood moon. i also figured this would be anthro world so humans… eh what the heck it worls just as well.)
 
(the rest brings to mind the image of a hermit wolverine, which is honestly just fine.)

it impacts with a splash and the beast dissolves once more… a good note for the futre may be to dust off some of tesla’s old concepts.
 
she reformed once more, unfazed.

the splashing her apart thing would handily keep her butt dry in the cockpit though as losing form meant losing focus.

keeping her splashed apart meant she couldnt fight, and with the agility the mech had, it was easy enough to outpace the rusalka

good thing there was no river nearby as well, as that would let her do a lot more things, there was a reason rusalka still lived 500 years after her discovery.
 
Matt: “enough Rusalka, we have kept to the peace as it was agreed on, you have no right to break it!”
 
Rusalka: “have the townsfolk not spoken to you about the dam?”
 
“they haven’t and neither does it matter, it is not a direct attack on you.”
 
“believe that if you like helsing… i know you do not, and you will investigate… let them tell you why i attack them… i need to find new underlings anyways.”
 
with that she slinks off.

Our tin can dons his helmet and marches on to the entrance hall to stand watch.
 
Sticks, in the meanwhile, shall pick a room and lie down his things. Spare garments, quality of life items, that sort of thing.
 
(If you do not desire to GM something happening at the moment, I’m open to just interaction, although I suppose for boneboi there’s not much he can do since he cannot speak, and Sticks hasn’t proven to be the best at conversation so far. I shall look into that in time, tho I’m about to scram)
