Hey, keep hanging in there. All of us here have rough shit we've been through and are going through. We know how rough it gets at times but don't give up 💜
Edit: Also, something I used to tell a friend of mine: if you think you're at risk of doing something extreme, check yourself into a hospital instead. Inpatient stays have been very helpful for a few of my friends, so try that.
