I’ve gone from like never eating mac and cheese to being kinda addicted to it. The mac and cheeses I eat are so rich, they have around a 50% daily value of calcium. I either am or was calcium deficient; not sure cuz I haven’t had my calcium levels checked since I changed my diet around a bit, which included adding mac and cheese. The mac and cheeses are like little warriors helping me meet a dietary need :3

Great day today >^_^< I look out my bathroom window and see a tiny orbweaver in a tiny orb web. It’s like a little miniature in my backyard 8D Will she grow up big by summer’s end and weave a huge web then? I sure hope so!

My friend sent me such a sweet and supportive thing on Instagram, too. We both struggle with mental health but we’ve got each other 💜

Yeah lets not, I already strongly censor/filter out that kind of stuff out enough despite not rly going on social media much to begin with. The only literal news I get informed about is only the weekly weather & weather events. 🤷‍♂️

Anyway, anyone enjoy the Aurora Borealis from the other night? There’s also another space-related event going to happen on the 3rd of June too which includes Mercury, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus & Neptune all being aligned! :)

It happened everywhere, not just limited to the UK. A lot of people missed it due to not getting informed or not finding out it happened until after it happened. It was a couple weeks ago.

Nothing has ever healed me quite like doing mushrooms did. I have a girlfriend and go running regularly now, and am much less addicted to maryjane than I used to be, though I still find it a helpful plant too and use as needed. Plant/fungal medicine is a gift and I hope more psychedelics are fully legalized in my country and education on their proper use is distributed more widely in the coming years. 🍄💜🩷♥️🩷💜🍄

I used to only not be vegan because vegan stuff tends to be more expensive. That and, I’m not sure whether vegan yogurt has the same live and active cultures as non-vegan yogurt, and I need those.

I’m a lacto-vegetarian in large part due to my autism. I’m strongly averse to meat, and averse to eggs if you can taste them but don’t mind if they were used to make, say, cookies.

Now, I’m also not vegan because I learned I have a calcium deficiency. So I’ve been eating even more cheese.
