Also, you can try using complex hide filter if using just single tags is still making unwanted content slip through (unless you are already using it). You can even hide content by uploader, for example if you wanted to hide all male explicit content uploaded by me you would need to add this line to your complex hide filter:
[bq]  

> uploader_id:93, explicit, male[/bq]

 
You can check what is the ID of an user by going to their profile and then clicking on "uploads":
