Don't really get the mass-downvoting because of the themes when you can simply hide content you don't want to see. But just a random thought — one of the possible causes I can see here is someone being mad because of massive the amount of the same character being uploaded at once. But otherwise, yeah, might be someone just not liking the character/themes/whatever and not downvoting it instead of filtering.
