IT SEEMS THE DEVIANARTIST shadowarrancar STOLE THIS ART FROM A JAPANESE FANSITE CALLED PokemonSho but sadly the link is down. So all I have is info from this deviantart page and the later mentioned Primal Dialga Extended theme. Can anyone find the true origin of this art and bring the artist justice?

I noticed that this video with the extended Primal Dialga theme was uploaded in Nov 9, 2008 earlier than this drawing was posted. I wonder why?
