I started this piece a bit more than 6 years ago then set it aside when I got to the background. I have issues when doing backgrounds as I have a tendency to get overly detailed in my minds eye. I hate doing backgrounds so I kinda freak and set a piece aside after the character is done. I have finally gotten over the BG thing…sort of… and have been finishing up oldies but goodies and this is the latest of 3 in the last month. Hell, I don’t think I did 3 all last year!
 
Anyway, this was a companion piece to “Overlook” which I completed and sold way back when and was inspired by a story I started about the same time.
