Gijinka Vaporeon, for the Gijinka Pokedex group =) it just occured to me that Vaporeon needs to have a mermaid version, so this came out.And as for why the title is named “Showers”…it’s because that’s Vaporeon’s Japanese name and also because of the title character restrictions…
