One of the best if not the best design in the last three or so generations. I love Suicune’s regular design and it’s one of my all time favourites but the elements also work really well in a theropod-esque form, too.
I originally started sketching this on an A4 sheet of paper but wuickly realized I needed more space so I ended up redoing the entire sketch on an A3. You can watch process videos of this on my Tiktok/IG reels.
I have painted a few other gen 9 Pokémon and will be posting them during the spring!
