Jane from ‘Legends of Treasure Island’.
This pic is about two years old, but the sketch itself is much older. I decided to upload it, after founding on DA some more fanart to this almost forgotten old british cartoon.
If you don’t know, who she is and what was that cartoon about, you may not read further. There are just fan blabbering )
This cartoon is still one of my most favorite. Of course, if you watch all series more than five times, you’ll notice lot of plot holes, animation mistakes et cetera. But the voives! The music! And the backgrounds! All that made me fall in love in this cartoon many-many years ago. I was searching for it everywhere I could, and finally found. Ten years, I was searching it for ten years… crazy, huh?
Note: the picture was drawn and colored even before I was able to see the whole series again, all I had were some low-resolution pictures, so I couldn’t draw close to original cartoon style. And usually I don’t draw furries )
Note 2: One thing I really want to know. Is she a cat or a fox actually? I guess, only those, who created her, can tell me this.
