A commission for  Xindi of their Synth Snake, Xath!

I’ve been eyeing with drawing a cyborg-robo-mecha-esque character as a personal thingy for a long time, but time wasn’t in my favour. so I was really keen on the idea of drawing her. Gotta admit, she was a little more tricky to draw than I expected, mostly because of the naga-ness.

I tried a different, looses ink style here; while it does look less clean as some of my older works; I feel much less constricted by the need to clean up every detail in the background that could eventually distract from the character; gotta fine-tune it more, but I feel positive about it.

• In hindsight, I went overboard with the headroom. Whoopsie -
