Growing up, Ebby’s favorite dish was always onion beet stroganoff. Kitty Cure tried to show her son how to make it on multiple occasions, but he was always too distracted and excited to remember anything. It was quite simply the tangiest and most savory sauce you could ever imagine, generously applied to a healthy helping of egg noodles. All he could remember was that it was concocted with onions and some sort of alcohol. He’ll need to ask her one of these days and take some serious notes.
