GETTIN’ IT DONE IN ‘21 LET’S GOOO
I liked the sketch of this one but took my tim finishing it, mostly because that’s a heck of a lot of lining and colouring to do, took forever. but luckily I’d done the lineart and most colours and it had been sitting in my files so I decided to finally finish it off. Much like how Kaa the Snake here is finishing off Spirit Wind with his wonderful hypnosis

I know this picture has no purpose, it’s been done a million times, It’s clichéd… but I can’t help it, I love thinking about and reimagining all the scenes from the Kaa scenes in the jungle book over and over, and you know what? I love seeing other people do it too.
Kaa is fun to draw and this little moment is always one of my favs and I just wanted to reinterpret it with Spirit Wind, my pony boy.
So I hope other people like it too!

I struggle so much with going from one panel of ‘near-wrap’ to another panel of fully wrapped and make it feel like it captures the movement and progression. it looks bad. but some people are wizards at it.
But I’d messed with the final panel long enough.
