The reason this is happening is because you are very new to the site and have uploaded many images that this site does not host (images we’ve had to delete), so you must wait for us to approve your images by hand.
This helps us avoid images that are not appropriate for this site from being shown to the public.
We are all volunteers and only check the site a couple times a day, so getting your images approved can take a few hours - please be patient.
Also, this is not the right place to report problems. I only accidentally saw your post while I was browsing the site. Instead, please do one of these:

If you do not specify a field to search over, the search engine will search for posts with a body that is similar to the query's word stems. For example, posts containing the words winged humanization, wings, and spread wings would all be found by a search for wing, but sewing would not be.
