Description: Justin is the confident, adventurous unofficial leader of the dog in school. He’s always coming up with wild schemes to either make a fast buck or get him or a friend out of a jam. He also acts tough sometimes. He’s not afraid to stand up to bullies, no matter outmatch or outnumbered.  
His father is a police officer and his mother is a veterinarian.  
His favorite past time between classes is making a fool out of Principal Sullivan.  
He’s not a genius like Fred, but Justin is considered one of the smarter ones in the pack. Even though he was raised in a small town, Justin thinks like a New Yorker and is very skilled at navigating through the streets of Manhattan.  
He, along with Chris, Fred and Jake, is a professional skateboarder and video game wiz.  
He is a womanizing, handsome, charming and wisecracking canine who is into many girls. He is known to be somewhat lazy at times, evidenced by him usually cutting corners and taking the easy way out, normally resulting in him getting in trouble.  
Though occasionally arrogant, Justin is also intelligent, resourceful and quick-thinking, qualities that come in handy when trying to maneuver out of a situation that he got into. He is sometimes torn between hanging out with his best friends Chris, Fred, and Daley and following his burgeoning instincts about pursuing girls.  
Overall, despite have the brains of a con man and womanizer, he is really a very caring, sweet-natured, compassionate, and brave young dog. He’s just too cool to admit it.
