Based on a scene that happened sometime last year in the Lake Eerie rpg (last…June, I believe), here’s a sketch from…last year though it was scanned and colored just over the course of the past few nights. ^_

When Mirai (as a nidoran kit, here) first saw Chirin (the ampharos), the first thing she asked him was if she could have a look at his tail light - since she’d never seen an ampharos in the jungle where she lived. I don’t think this is the most accurate rendition of that scene - since as I read through it again I think Chirin was in a different pose - but it was too damn cute to just totally discard :3

I think that’s some of the best grass I’ve ever colored, so far…

Mirai belongs to me, Chirin belongs to Wynnyelle of LE, although the nidoran and ampharos species belong to Nintendo. Nyeh.
