This mistake is more serious than kraid (metroid).

that looks like the fucking monsters that shoot bubbles that there are 1000 of.
 
But you know, if you would perhaps have them put on the character tag page and get chracter tags applied, I might not assume. I go through and fix a fuck ton of species each day. Nothing else on that image is a possible species, so forgive me for assuming people are following the damn uploading rules and attaching a species, and its just not a species that’s been set yet.
 
Additionally, its not like a mistake like this affects anything. Literally, if you correct by posting in the character thread, it gets fixed with the same amount of effort as it would have if it had been blank in the first place. Its almost as if boorus are a collaborative project, who knew.

Ok , I understand, well, if there’s an abbreviation in the tag, be cautious and look up wiki, it is that simple.
 
For example, Skull kid (zelda), seems like a character tag, but according to zelda wiki, turns out, that is a species.
 
Nintendo sure invented a lots of species, not just pokemons, but literally so many series.
 
It’s alright, all is forgiven, just look up wiki whenever there’s an abbreviation or you felt like the non-abbreviated tag is unsure if it is species or character for some cases. (Especially Nintendo related tags)

I agree. If they should have any descriptions they should be accurate to the Pokemon lore and not include things like names of characters from MLP… I usually place links to wiki articles about characters from appropriate fandom wikis as the description, as I assume those describe them in the most accurate way. I even just added links for those two above even though they were already set, because why not ;)
