Organizing episode/book tags

I mostly deleted MLP episode tags, which those tags are green. I saw spoiler tags here.  
Here are the examples:  
spoiler:omen of the stars (warrior cats)  
spoiler:aggretsuko s3  
spoiler:beastars manga
 
If you want to change the tags in each image, here’s the example:  
the last problem should be spoiler:the last problem (mlp:fim)
 
Note: those tags are not mandatory, we’re just organize tags, and of course spoiler alert.
