Derpi sourced images

Just raising the question to see if this has been thought of.
 
I’ve noticed an upload that has the source coming straight from Derpi. It seems to defeat the purpose of this site entirely is the uploads come from Derpi.
 
Just some fruit for thought, not my place to say, but it does seem a little odd.

There’re gonna (hopefully) be plenty of people using this site that don’t use derpi, so I don’t see the issue. If it’s that derpi isn’t a “primary source”, thanks to Tumblr fucking dying (pretty much), secondary sources are as good as it gets.

Some old pictures on Derpi have links to sources that are dead, for example those from tumblr after porn got banned there, so then Derpi is the only existing source. But if that is not the case then maybe someone was just lazy.
 
Also it’s not like entire Derpi will be reuploaded here ;)

Things can be sourced from anywhere. I’ve been grabbing from multiple sites.

Just had me scratch my head. :P
