Anybody work out except me? I do but I suck at it. I can only bench 110 and run 4 miles in a half hour on the elliptical.

I suppose it depends on how loosely youβre willing to define a work out. I do try to get a daily amount of exercise, which in my case is more along the lines of setting the treadmill for an uphill slope and walking for an hour, but thatβs about it really.

Collagen melted in a bowl of Maruchan was all the nutrition I had, and I grew stronger.

The answer probably lies in how broadly you define βworkout.β I do my best to get some form of exercise every day, but usually that only entails an hour of brisk walking on the treadmill at an incline.

Lol thank you, random dude. He was using these little bar things at the dog park to do push-ups - I wouldnβt have thought to do that had I not seen him as we drove by! I havenβt been doing push-ups here at home because I havenβt wanted to take out my mat due to worries the cats will potty on it, so Iβm glad I now have an alternative >_< Iβll definitely walk to that park more :3
I need to do more shoulder exercises
I have good potential for a nasty uppercut, I can really target those tendons.

I do my best to get some form
I do isometrics, I hold weights a long time and do long slow reps. Got the arm tendons of a gymnast, despite minor tendon malformation from excessive drawing. The viens in my right inner arm look like a thunder storm, and the enlarged tendons look like extra muscles.
Most of my exercise comes from biking though. I put foam tape on my handle bars for a more stable grip, and to reduce vibrations in my wrist.

So the Bowflex is no good for bodybuilding, it is essentially a beauty product, I maxed out the six hundred pound limit but then the disks slipped out of socket.

Iβd rather build leg muscle through walking, bicycles build thigh muscles but it does little if nothing for your shins.

Yeah walking is probably the best. Plus, it gets you outside and enjoying nature, which is great for mental health as well! I can easily spend a good hour or more just walking with some music on.

I agree, walking should naturally be the best exercise. The human body is optimized to spend a large amount of time walking. You could even carry small weights, farmers walk if you want.
My biking tends to come from necessity. A lot of power goes into it because Iβm trying to be quick, and carrying groceries. Its pretty much every day, I only buy a few things at a time, and canβt go a day without biking somewhere.
The beauty of muscle is underrated. I would recommend anyone getting exercise equipment because you get healthier even if you donβt lift heavy.
Iβm interested in shins exercises because I want better mobility, but also low kicks are cool. I will make sure to walk more, and do toe lifts. Might try heel walking.
You know itβs weird how my trapezius muscles line up with my mustache?
Iβm like a three-hundred pound jigsaw puzzle.
